CNC Direct Assistance Program

Direct relief payment for Chitina (CNC) Shareholders, who have been financially impacted by COVID-19

The CNC Direct Assistance Program provides assistance to eligible CNC shareholders who have experienced negative financial impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic between March 1, 2020, and December 31, 2021.


WHO IS THE DIRECT ASSISTANCE FOR?
To qualify, you must be:

  • A CNC shareholder

  • 18 years of age and over

  • Negatively impacted financially by the COVID-19 pandemic


WHAT KIND OF ASSISTANCE DOES THIS PROGRAM PROVIDE?
If you meet the above requirements, you may be eligible for a one-time payment of $550 per qualified applicant, no matter where you live.

HOW DO I APPLY?
Fill out an application, provide your identification and applications will be accepted from September 10, 2021, to October 29, 2021, or until funds are expended.

DOCUMENT CHECKLIST:

  1. Completed and signed Direct Assistance Program application and

  2. Copy of your government-issued identification;
